INCO ELECTROLYTIC NICKEL IS THE WORLDS LEADING BRAND OF ELECTROPLATING NICKEL. THE CONTROLLED AND CONSISTENT QUALITY OF THE INCO REFINING PROCESS HAVE ESTABLISHED NICKEL ANODE AS AN INDUSTRY STANDART FOR GENERAL PURPOSE ELECTROPLATING. IT HAS HIGH PURITY, SMOOTH, SHINY AND DEFECT-FREE SURFACE AND PRODUCES MINIMAL METALLIC RESIDUES UPON DISSOLUTION. CHROME ANODE

WE PROVIDES CHROME PLATING ANODES WITH MANUFACTURE PROCESS ON HIGH PRESSURE EXTRUSION LINE, GIVING A HIGH QUALITY AND LONG LASTING ANODE.

ZINC ANODE

ZINC ANODE IS AN IMPORTANT COMPONENT IN GALVANIZED PLATING. ZINC-SHAPED ZINC OR PLATE ANODE WITH HIGH PURITY.

COPPER ANODE

WE PROVIDE TWO TYPES COPPER ANODE THAT IS OXYGEN-FREE AND PHOSPHORUS COPPER ANODE. THE OXYGEN-FREE COPPER HAS NO PORES IN THE CAST STATE AND NO COPPER OXIDE INCLUSIONS. BOTH OF THEM HAVE HOMOGENEOUS SINGLE PHASE STRUCTURE THAT DOES NOT FORM SLUDGE AND HAVE HIGH QUALITY, HIGH PURITY LEVEL.

NICKEL CHLORIDE (ZENITH)

THE USE OF ADVANCED LEACHING, CRYSTALLIZATION AND DRYING TECHNOLOGY, UNDER STRICT PRODUCTION CONTROL, ENSURES THE MOST CONSISTENT AND HIGHEST QUALITY NICKEL CHLORIDE IN THE WORLD. IN VARIOUS TYPES OF NICKEL PLATING, IMPURITIES SUCH AS ZINC, COPPER, LEAD, AND IRON ARE NOT DESIRED. THEREFORE, HIGH-PURITY NICKEL SULPHATE IS REQUIRED.

NICKEL SULPHATE (ZENITH)

BORIC ACID

BORIC ACID IS ADDED TO A PLATING BATH TO ACT AS A PH BUFFER. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A BUFFER IN THE ELECTROLYTE, IT WILL QUICKLY GO OUT OF PH RANGE AND THIS WILL CAUSE INEFFICIENT AND POOR PLATING, OFTEN WITH NICKEL OXIDES BEING DEPOSITS.

CHROMIC ACID ELEMENTIS

CHROMIC ACID ELEMENTIS IS USED PRIMARILY IN ANY APPLICATION REQUIRING FAST DISSOLVING RATES. IT IS SPECIALLY DESIGNED CHROMIC ACID THAT IS VIRTUALLY DUST FREE, HAS A LONG, STABLE SHELF LIFE AND LOW SODIUM CONTENT.
